A: Yes. All our products are manufactured to meet or similar OEM specifications. We produce filters accoridng to the original part numbers (Cross-Reference) to ensure 100% fitment and performance.
Q: What filter media do you use?
A: We use high-quality or economical cellulose, synthetic, and nano-fiber media from world-renowned and Chinese suppliers. This ensures high filtration efficiency and long service life even in harsh operating conditions.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of each batch?
A: As an integrated industry and trade enterprise, we implement a rigorous 3-tier QC process: Incoming Material Inspection, In-Process Monitoring, and Final Testing (Leakage, Pressure, and Efficiency) before packing.

A: Absolutely. We can print your logo on the filter body, customize the inner boxes with your brand design, and produce according to your specific technical drawings or samples.
Q: What is the MOQ for customized orders?
A: The MOQ for customized (OEM) orders typically starts from 300-500 pieces per model, depending on the filter type and material requirements.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are an integrated industry and trade company. We have our own independent production factory in Xingtai and a dedicated trading company for international exports. This allows us to provide factory prices with professional 24/7 service.
Q: Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we provide samples for quality verification. Sample costs are usually refundable upon your first bulk order.
Q: What is your typical production lead time?
A: For stock items, we can ship within 3-7 days. For bulk OEM orders, the production time is generally 20-35 days depending on the quantity.
Q: What payment and trade terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, bank card, Western Union etc. Our standard trade terms include FOB , CIF, DDP and EXW.

Q: Do you provide technical support for cross-referencing?
A: Yes. Just send us your OEM numbers or competitor part numbers, and our engineering team will provide the correct cross-reference within 24 hours.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a quality warranty for 3-6 months or 6,000-10,000 km. If any manufacturing defect occurs, we provide free replacement or compensation as per the agreement.
